Terms and Privacy

1. Who we are

PrimeScope (primescope.app) is operated by Balkan Bug LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 701 Tillery Street, Unit 12, Austin, TX 78702, United States (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@primescope.app.

2. The service

PrimeScope is a chart analysis platform with automatic Elliott Wave counts, a wave scanner, order flow, a liquidity heatmap, indicators and drawing tools. Orders you place in PrimeScope use a practice balance with virtual money: PrimeScope does not hold your money and does not send orders to any broker or exchange.

The analysis tools support your own decisions. They are not trading signals, investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and they do not guarantee any result. Market data may be delayed or contain errors; some instruments are marked as delayed. Every trading decision you make elsewhere, and its risk, is yours.

3. Free trial, subscription, payment and cancellation

• Free trial. New users can use PrimeScope with every tool for 7 days free of charge, once per person and email address. No payment details are needed and nothing is charged when the trial ends: the premium tools lock until you subscribe, and your account stays. We may end a trial early or refuse a new one if several trials are used by the same person.
• PrimeScope costs US$99.00 per month plus sales tax or VAT where it applies, charged in advance through Stripe. The subscription renews every month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Where Stripe’s Link acts as the reseller (merchant of record) for your purchase, it calculates and pays the applicable sales tax or VAT and its terms also apply to the payment.
• If you buy without a trial, your account is created as soon as the first payment succeeds; your login details are shown on screen and sent to the email you entered at checkout. If you already have a trial account with the same email, the subscription is added to that account.
• You can cancel at any time in PrimeScope under ★ Subscription. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again.
• Crypto payments. You can also pay with USDT on TRON (TRC20) or USDC on Ethereum (ERC20), sent directly to our wallet address shown on the payment page. One payment of US$99 (in the stablecoin, 1:1) gives 30 days of access from the day it is confirmed, or from the end of your current access if that is later; there is no automatic renewal. Crypto payments are made by you, not through Stripe; you pay the network fees, and funds sent in another coin or on another network cannot be recovered. We verify your transaction on the blockchain using the transaction ID you enter; a transaction can be used for one payment only.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
• If a renewal payment fails, access continues for a short grace period while Stripe retries the payment, then stops until the subscription is paid.
• We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your subscription.

4. Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One subscription is for one person. You may not copy, resell, share access to, scrape, reverse engineer or redistribute PrimeScope, its algorithms or their results. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

5. Intellectual property

PrimeScope, including its software, analysis tools, algorithms, design, texts and name, is our property and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while the subscription is active.

6. Liability

PrimeScope is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

7. Privacy: what we collect and why

• Free trial or purchase: your name and email address, entered in the trial form or at checkout, to create your account, send your login details and manage the subscription. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Crypto payment: your name and email address entered on the payment page, the wallet address the payment came from and the transaction ID, kept with your account to verify the payment and for our accounting.
• Use of PrimeScope: your account number, practice positions and history, price alerts, saved layouts and templates, and the IP address used to sign in, to provide the service and keep accounts secure.
• Emails: your email address and the delivery status of service emails such as login details, price alerts and subscription notices.

We use your data to provide the service you pay for (our contract with you), to keep it secure (our legitimate interest) and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

8. Service providers

• Stripe: payments and subscription billing.
• Supabase: database and servers; data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
• Vercel: hosting of the website and the app.
• Resend: delivery of our emails.
• Google Fonts: fonts; Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States, under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Retention, cookies and your rights

We keep your account data while your account exists and afterwards as long as accounting and tax law requires. Security records such as sign-in attempts are kept for about 2 days. PrimeScope stores your session and preferences in your browser’s local storage; we use no advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@primescope.app. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. PrimeScope is for adults only.

10. Delete your account

To delete your PrimeScope account, open the terminal (in the browser, on desktop or in the app), tap ★ Plan or ★ Subscription and choose Delete account. You can also email support@primescope.app from the address you use for PrimeScope, with your account number. Either way, we cancel any active subscription first, then delete your account, settings, layouts and drawings within 30 days and confirm by email. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires; sign-in security records expire after about 2 days.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email you about material changes before they apply to you; continuing to use PrimeScope after that means you accept them.
